In response to a DSE query dated 25.08.10 regarding recent unusual price hike, the Company has informed that the following are their observation and information in this regard: 1. ATMC's operation was suspended since 5th December, 2005 and till to date the Factory could not be activated, 2. After 2004 they could not declare any dividend till date due to continuous loss which were reflected on their Annual Reports, 3. Every year they are submitting the Annual Report regularly to DSE and SEC. Further they never keep any information with them and disclose the present condition of the Company to the shareholders in every AGM and 4. They have got nothing to do with the present development.
