The company has further informed that the Board of Directors has allotted 9,424,226 Preference Shares of Tk. 100.00 each amounting to Tk. 942,422,600.00 to all valid applicants from among the recorded shareholders on record date (25 May, 2010). The balance 20,575,774 Preference Shares amounting to Taka 2,057,577,400.00 were allotted to 98 private placement applicants on pro-rata basis.
