The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided that the Furniture, Batteries and Paints Units of the company will cease to exist for all purposes effective from August 01, 2010 on transfer of the Undertaking, assets and liabilities of the Furniture, Batteries and Paints Units of Aftab Automobiles Ltd. (Transferor-Units) respectively to Navana Furniture Limited, Navana Batteries Limited and Navana Paints Limited (Transferee- Companies) which was deemed to have been so effective from September 01, 2009. Thus, the Transferor-Units shall cease their operating activities under the name and style of Aftab (continue) Expire date 02/08/2010
